This is our non-competitive, developmental program at C&C Gymnastics for all beginning gymnasts, ages 5 and up.  Our classes offer a progressive approach on informing and coaching basic gymnastics skills and terminology, in addition to fundamental movement skills such as hand-eye coordination, locomotor skills, and balance skills.  Our goal is to help your little gymnast develop as an individual while also building a great love for the sport.  The skills learned in these classes can be beneficial in all aspects of your little gymnast's life.
